CABARET TONIGHT IN  NYC: THE RAFI MALKIEL QUINTET AND THE HADAR NOIBERG TRIO AT THE BLUE NOTE

The American-Israel Cultural Foundation presents the Rafi Malkiel Quintet (Rafi Malkiel, trombone; Itai Kriss, flute; Jack Glottman, piano; Panagiotis Andreou, bass and vocals; and Franco Pinna, drums) and the Hadar Noiberg Trio (Hadar Noiberg, flute & compositions; Haggai Cohen Milo, upright bass; and John Hadfield, drums & percussion) with special guests Anat Cohen, clarinet (playing with both groups) at THE BLUE NOTE(131 West 3rd Street, NYC - 212-475-8592) on Monday, July 29th with shows at 8:00 & 10:30 pm. For over 74 years, the America-Israel Cultural Foundation has been cultivating Israel's artistic leaders, identifying and nurturing Israel's top young performing and visual artists and furthering their education and careers. Having awarded over 16,000 scholarships to outstanding talents and world renowned artists such as Anat Cohen, Alon Yavnai and Avishai Cohen, AICF has become synonymous with culture and excellence in Israel. All proceeds go to scholarships for young Israeli artists! There is a $10-$15 cover.
